Our goal is to provide a place for people to discuss survival, and survival related subjects. It is not our intention to censor the topics of discussion on this site. We at TOM feel that any and all topics related to survival can be discussed in a free and open forum, and therefore need no censorship so that you can enjoy the free exchange of information. It is not our responsibility to regulate what information you have access to, or discuss.

The rules on our forum are pretty simple, and easy to understand, however if you have any questions/concerns, please feel free to either post them in the forum request/suggestion section, or PM one of our administrators. If you would like to email our administrator, please feel free to send an email to admin@theomegaman.org.

Unlike many other forums on the internet, we here at TOM, have no rule against discussing topics, other forums believe to be “illegal”. However that being said, there are a few exceptions.

• The discussing of illegal narcotics, for the purpose of enjoyment, will not be allowed.
  Any discussions detailing how to make, produce, or distribute illegal narcotics, will be locked.
• Discussing the assassination/murder of actual people, will not be allowed.
  Any discussions involving plotting the deaths of actual people, will be locked.

The following is a list of a few topics that are typically not allowed on other forums, but are allowed on TOM. Any discussions that we, the admins/mods, think have crossed the lines of free speech will be immediately locked and removed from our forum.

• Discussing the conversion of semiautomatic firearms, to automatic, is allowed but will be closely monitored.
• Discussing explosives, explosive compounds, or improvised munitions is currently not allowed as we are looking into the legalities of having that information on our site and forum..
• Discussions dealing with planning or plans to blow up a building or cause harm will be dealt with accordingly as we will lock the thread and log the posters IP address for the authorities.
• Discussions involving the construction of silencers, is allowed but will be closely monitored.
  
  Information involving the above list can already be found on the internet, and is protected by the first amendment of the U.S. Constitution, therefore we see no need to censor them off of our forum. You as a registered member, or guest, accept any and all responsibility for the content to read, or post. We the admins/mods reserve the right to edit, move, change, or delete any and all posts on our forum, with or without member’s permission, or knowledge.
